The client must provide as much information as possible

However, I definitely encourage clients to communicate with me about the commission and their needs to reach a state of being able to complete a successful commission.

I enjoy talking and helping in the figuring out stage.

Rush jobs are currently not accepted. However, if there are soft deadlines, please inform me.

The client must not and cannot change the subject + concept of the commission once it is agreed upon.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, and not provide said reason.

Expected turnaround will vary based on commission complexity, placement in queue, and personal circumstances. However, estimated delivery is within 2 weeks to a max of 2 months.

If personal circumstances, such as illness, loss of technology and other emergencies, prevent me from finishing a commission on time, I will inform all my clients immediately.

As the rates listed are base/starting prices, final pricing will be agreed upon through communication between artist and client. Upon agreement of both parties, a PayPal invoice will be sent.

If a client is hesitating when it comes to pricing and budget matters, feel free to inform me so we can negotiate and see what middle ground can be reached.

The client must pay full and upfront, or 50% upfront payment and then 50% payment after approval of the initial sketch

Once the initial sketch is approved, no refunds are allowed. These are custom pieces and take time and effort to make.

Any amount of money directly sent to me without an invoice will be counted as a non-refundable tip.

The client will be added to the queue once payment is made.

Please communicate if you are unsatisfied by the initial sketch.

Let's work together on getting this to a state of satisfaction, sketch wise.

However, revisions contradicting the finalized concept aren't allowed.

Once the initial sketch is approved, major revisions aren't allowed.

I will provide WIPs during stages of the commission process.

The client is free to ask for WIP updates throughout any stage of the commission. One WIP per working day.

The WIPs are low quality and will be fully watermarked.

Up to three minor revisions are allowed per artwork. Modifications and versions beyond those may require an extra fee.

Minor revisions: color changes, small details, and similar.

The final product will be sent through a Google Drive link or through email.

It's a digital file, high-resolution PNG.

It will have a watermark on a lower corner of the image.

A low resolution version will also be provided with an additional watermark near the face or another detailed area, for sharing publicly.

If the watermark needs to be removed, please inform me of the reasons for review.

I, the artist, reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use. If this is not alright with you, the client, or if this is for a commercial project, please reach out.

I, the artist, reserve the right to show any commissions done, including high-resolution versions and WIPS, on my portfolio and all of my listed social media websites, unless agreed upon that I not do so.

Editing of the commission piece can only be done by the original artist, me. No modification or alteration of the piece by anyone else.

Clients mustn't resell the commissioned piece under any circumstances, unless a commercial fee has been paid and explicit consent by the artist has been written.

Clients may repost the commissioned piece, provided that proper credit is given to me.
